With Uber services, Kampala residents can now identify the driver and car, through the first name, photo and license plate number through the Uber app. furthermore, you have access to view the specific route you will be travelling as well as estimated time of arrival. If you’re heading home or to a friend’s place, family members are privy to the information, granting extra added security and peace of mind.
In terms of security and support, Uber remains accountable to anything that will happen along the ride, a very uncommon trait found within private companies in the transport system. Their dedicated 24/7 customer support staff respond to any issues from a traffic accident to altercation between the passenger and driver. This also includes urgent issues.
